We are thrilled to announce this year’s speaker: Bill White. Owner of seven treasured Park City restaurants – Grappa to Sushi Blue, Windy Ridge Café to Chimayo, Washo, Ghidotti’s and Billy Blanco’s – Bill also runs the Bill White Farms.  Share his journey, his experiences and his vision for the future through these proven, local businesses as well as the newly established Bill White Agriculture, Education and Sustainability Center.

Place:  Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge, 7600 Royal Street, Park City (Upper Deer Valley) Volunteers will direct you to free underground parking.  (We always encourage carpooling.)

Admission: Members and Non-Members— $55

Featured Menu: Buffet includes choice of salads, wild mushroom galette, pasta with a variety of sauces, and dessert. Vegan, gluten-free options offered.
