The Newcomers Board meets the first Wednesday of each month in the late afternoon. Members of the Governing Board, Standing Committee Chairs, and Individual Activity Chairs attend these meetings. The meetings are open to any member who wants to attend; however, because the meetings are held in homes of board members, RSVP’s are appreciated in order to ensure enough space and chairs. The monthly newsletter gives info on the location for each meeting; members not on the board who wish to attend are asked to please let the President know in advance.
