Friendship Corner
Details: The Friendship Committee would like to be contacted if any of you know of a newcomer who is in need of a kind word or deed due to unfortunate circumstances. However, we would also like to celebrate the good news, a wedding anniversary, birth in the family, or some other special event you would like to share in the Friendship Corner.
Girls' Night Out
Details: Girls' Night Out is a strictly social gathering for Newcomer women. We mix and mingle, in a casual setting, at a local restaurant/bar or in a member's home. We usually meet once a month in the evening from 5:30 to 7:30. The restaurant typically provides appetizers and members purchase their own beverages. Members are encouraged to stay on for dinner. Twice a year there is a partner event where men are also invited to join the women for the get-together. These gatherings are a great opportunity to meet new people and also to sample a new restaurant in the area.
Golf
Details: During golf season Newcomers' tee off at 3:30 PM every Thursday at the Park City Golf Course. It is geared toward beginner and intermediate players. Lots of fun and a great social atmosphere! You will be paired off if you don't have a partner.
